At Wolfe FX, we believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. We strive to make you happy with your purchase and overall Wolfe FX experience. If the product you received has arrived to you incorrect or otherwise defective, we are more than eager to help you receive the correct item(s).
It is our goal to process and ship orders out within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed, however orders are not processed over the weekend. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Our processing hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-2pm. Also, be aware that during the busy season of Halloween (September through October 31st), allow for a slightly longer period of time to process orders due to the heavy volume.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Also, you can log in to www.wolfefx.com to track the status of your order. Feel free to call us at 407-730-9820 x 227 and we will gladly give you a shipping update.
Wolfe FX offers United States Postal Service Domestic and International Priority and Express Mail Shipping. We are always looking for ways to save you money on shipping, and in many cases we double check alternative shipping options to get you the best price. We cannot offer first class mail, because we are unable to insure those packages.
UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, DUE TO ZONING RESTRICTIONS AND INSURANCE REGULATIONS, WE CANNOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO PICK UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE LOCATION.
Post Office Boxes and Military Addresses:
Shipping to APO, AE and Boxes is limited to United States Postal delivery. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you are located in Canada, make sure to check out our store locator for a store near you. It may be quicker and cheaper to find a store near you to ship, instead of having to ship internationally.
International Shipping times range from country to country. The average shipping time for International orders is between 5-10 business days not including the time it will take to clear and process through customs. We will make every effort to label packages properly for a smooth process through customs but once packages enter customs we cannot be responsible for imposed duties and taxes. Please check with your local import office for more information regarding VATs, custom fees, and import taxes.
Wolfe FX employs USPS International Flat Rate shipping boxes, where if the products fit inside the box there is a flat rate shipping fee. Please see http://postcalc.usps.com/ for dimensions of flat rate boxes, so you can get an idea of what will fit in each one, and an estimate on rates.
Wolfe FX’s packing department takes great pride in securely packing your orders to avoid damage during transit. Once the carrier picks up your package we trust they will deliver it in good condition. In the event that your package arrives damaged in transit, if there are missing goods, or if your package does not arrive please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to arrange a replacement package and we will start the investigation of the missing packages. Our customer service department is open Min- fro 9am-5pm EST or email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please report damages and missing items within 3 days of receiving your order. If your item arrived damaged as a result of transit, be sure to save the damaged box for insurance claim purposes with the shipping company. We require photos for all items and original shipping container that arrived damaged, otherwise we cannot file a claim with the shipping company.
Alcohol-based products are limited to ground shipping within the United States. We are unable to ship alcohol-based goods outside of the US. In the event that we encounter a shipping limitation we will contact you with your options and alternatives.
Important: Due to cosmetic liability restrictions and our dedication to maintain high quality and product safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.
To file a return and/or exchange please call our office at 407-730-9820 and dial 227.
If the return and/or exchange is approved, Wolfe FX will issue you a Shipping Label to use on your package you are returning. All unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, and will be disposed of at the customer’s expense. In the event of a return or exchange, other than damage in transit, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back. Once the return is approved and the returned item(s) received, we will credit you the product price charged on your invoice and any applicable sales tax, minus a 20% re-stocking fees. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear after the returned items have been received. We ask that you return your items promptly within 5 days of receiving the Return Label. We will be unable to accept your return after 14 days of receiving your original return request.
